  • Monthly boost plans (8, 14, or 30 boosts)
  • Quarterly boost plans (8, 14, or 30 boosts)
  • Instant activation upon payment confirmation
  • 24/7 customer support via Discord

3. User Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Have a valid Discord account
  • Own or have admin permissions for the server receiving boosts
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use services in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through SellAuth
  • Prices are displayed in USD or BRL based on your language selection
  • Payment is required before service activation
  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

5. Service Delivery

  • Boosts are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation
  • Monthly plans last for 30 days from activation
  • Quarterly plans last for 90 days from activation
  • We are not responsible for Discord server changes that affect boosts

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services:

  • Refunds are generally not available after boost activation
  • We may offer refunds for technical issues on our end
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase
  • Each case is evaluated individually

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Boost servers that violate Discord's Terms of Service
  • Resell or redistribute our services
  • Use fraudulent payment methods
  • Attempt to exploit or hack our systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content on xboosts.gg, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
  • We are not responsible for Discord platform changes

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold xBoosts harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Actions that harm our reputation or users
  • Non-payment or payment disputes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via our website or Discord server. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
